Data Sense is an iSoftech developed Enterprise Business Intelligence product for Red Turf. The idea took form when ISoftech management team saw a potential to design a user friendly, customizable product for campaign and constituent management services.

Red Turf thus launched its flagship product Data Sense. ISoftech Inc has ensured Red Turf is a financially strong company by funding the venture. With a strong implementation partner such as ISoftech, Red Turf marched on to the big “BIG DATA” space. ISoftech Inc is also the development center for Red Turf’s products. The complete resource support and development capabilities will be supported by ISoftech Inc.

The product is targeted towards use as part of Campaign and Constituent services. The product development was completed in a phased manner. Phase 1 of the product features are geared towards use by political and non-profit organizations while Phase 2 of the product will be geared to meet the requirements of small and big business.

iSoftech team built an elastic search engine to perform elastic searches that allows a wide variety of search capabilities and doesn't restrict to just use of First or Last names as is normally done through majority of the off the shelf search products. Tool capabilities include electric search, dynamic tagging, email list, walk list, call list, mail list, call survey, dynamic dashboard for individual and household use. These lists can be generated in a wide variety of formats including PDF to allow for easy mailing. Tagging functionality is a critical functionality that allows for connecting the right people to the right information. Tool has capability to calculate propensity based on their prior and current interests. This product is useful for businesses and people who are in hospitality and service industries that need to reach out to general population on a regular basis. System has capability to create surveys based on Geo/Demographic info which is helpful to analyze and receive feedback on services provided

iSoftech team used Geographic Information System (GIS) to locate people using Latitude/Longitude and other spatial technology capabilities. Using this geospatial information, the system can handle spatial, tabular and big data. Facet technology is used to identity right people based on their interest, location and other tagging information. System has capability to integrate with social media like Facebook and Twitter.

The product also consists of a dashboard where users can define their customized reports based on their business needs. System security is based on Role level security. Users with privileged access can create new users and assign roles based on the organizational needs. The product also provides integration capabilities with other systems by use of web services like email integration, social media integration.

Red Turf also built an Electronic Check-in process which can be used for any organization’s check in process. The management has attended so many event earlier and found out that most of the time people were waiting in lines to be checked in , depending on the event the lines had a wait time of 2-3 hours. So we added a feature which can check in and validate user in less than a minute. The customers started getting benefit out of it.
